Subject: [election-services] Ballot Schema Discussion Document
I've attached a MS Word and RTF version of a discussion paper which outlines the major nodes for the ballot aspect of the EML specification. Please review it. This will begin the process of formalizing the ballot spec and refining the steps necessary for the other aspects. I will present other such papers for the various aspects of the overall specification. Your feedback is welcome and necessary. Let's completely hash out the details so that we can adopt this piece and continue with the rest. I will post the paper on the website so that there can be public review.
