OASIS EML glossary details

Allan,

I wanted to submit something to EAI glossary work from the OASIS EML side.

Unfortunately while EML has two documents that by themselves contain much
that
should be in a glossary - right now this has not been extracted out
separately - so
the terms and usage is embedded in the text.  Instead there is a element
data dictionary - and that is clearly not the same focus as a glossary.

Nevertheless - I feel it useful to send along these two documents - since
I'm sure they will be good reference points for EAI as they compile and
understand their glossary terms.

An example would be "responsible officer" which is defined on page 41
of the Terms and Use.

I've attached - Appendix A PDF and Terms and Use extract from the EML
specifications.

More can be obtained from the OASIS webiste - http://www.oasis-open.org
and the ELM area as needed.
