I don't know them but looking at their website they seem to be small fry, hardly worth bothering about.  But feel free to drop them a line to see if they're interested.

be asked to look at using EML formats with part of their

Would seem like as a minimum the EML 510 / 520 would be

good - with a stylesheet - to allow multilingual results
