This white paper looks great.

We have an official OASIS white paper template at
http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/OASISWhitePaper.dot that you should use
for this. Once formatted, the file should be uploaded to the OASIS site, so I
can publish the link in OASIS News, the OASIS homepage, and other appropriate
places.

Mary can help if you have any questions about this process.

The next issue of OASIS News will go out 12 Feb. If I can get the URI by then,
that would be wonderful.
