BTW - not sure the CIQ v3 is intended to be a "must do" move.  I'd prefer to couch this as an investigation to see if V3 offers advantages for us compared to V2.  I think the CIQ team realize many people will stay with V2 - since that approach may be better for them.  We need to make that determination too!
