RE: [election-services] SKYPE conference call

Hi David,

There are some members that are not allowed by their organizations to download software; in particular, Skype. Alternatively, there are free conference calling services that allow Skype call-in; I have such a number myself that I use for Convener calls and the like. There are country-specific numbers for a couple dozen locales, and a skype number for those calling that way.

We also have web-based chat facilities available for members that, again, require no downloads. Feel free to contact me if you need further info.
