In the US, a jurisdiction is required to retain records for 22 months (a federal standard) for federal elections; non-federal elections fall under state/local rules but most use the same requirement.  Some states require destruction of records following that period.  This might be an example of what was being sought but I don't know if that is truly what the submitter had in mind.

Richard raised this - but I'm baffled.  Once you make something public - you cannot undo that!

 

I thought it might be a legal date up to which someone can request access to records - but again - I'm not sure that's something we'd have charter over.

 

We may just have to table this one.

So you read into that what you will.  We may need to clarify it with the author.

As for the time range (item 10) I would guess that is a time past
which it is permissible (by law, regulation or procedure) to
