Is this within-scope for EML or would it require another project of
this TC?  One of the problems we've found in academic endeavors (and
I'm certain the CA SoS faced this in aggregating results for their EML
feed) is that frequently the database reports produced by EMS' are
entirely structured for presentation (and typically for PDF... which
is very hard to do things with!) instead of analysis. best, Joe
