FYI just so everyone is in the loop here - I'm currently working with the VIP folks on alignment of new EML 150.

We've identified changes needed from the original first draft of EML 150 - and I'm planning to send something around for further review next week.  Hopefully we'll have this much closer then - ideally 100% ability to crosswalk.
