EML v6 PUBLIC REVIEW CHANGES

Thanks to everybody for your time today.  I've updated the attached Public Review document to capture in red the decisions we reached.  But even those entries we've marked as Reject can still be re-visited if anyone feels strongly about them. 

We now need to work through the list and focus on those marked Review Off Line to decide whether we should make the change or not. 

Plus we also need any views on the entries on Rich Cadone's list - do you accept the category I have put each entry in or do you feel it needs to go into another category?  Silence will be taken as acceptance.

 

The way forward:

 - David to lead on the "Review Off Line" entries and make recommendations of whether to accept or reject these entries.  Will you please let him know whether you can/want to be a part of this review even if you only want to review certain entries within your area of expertise.

 - After this review phase the list is brought back to the TC for agreement of which changes are going to be made.

 - At the same time any further proposed changes to RC's list will be agreed by the TC

 - David then leads on making all the agreed schema changes and I will lead on making changes to the documentation.

- The final package, including the Disposition of Comments document for publication, is then brought back to the TC for final approval of submission to the next Public Review round.
