Thanks to the hard work of David in compiling the products mentioned below we are now in a position to proceed with a TC review and approval of the draft v7.0.  I have ordered the necessary specification template from OASIS Admin to supplement the schemas and supporting artifacts that David has prepared.

So now the hard part is finding a convenient date for us to hold a conference call.  Can you please add your availability in the Doodle poll http://doodle.com/d94uwsmdhbszbihh and I'll confirm the date in the next few days.  

We will not be voting on the draft material on this call, we'll do that by a subsequent electronic ballot, so missing this call is not the end of the world, but I do hope as many as possible will be able to attend. There has been significant progress and discussion with the IEEE P1622 committee over these updates and it's important everyone knows where we are and where we plan to go with all this and we will provide that update on the call.

Document Description:
Contains the schemas and supporting artifacts for EML v7.0 draft for
internal committee review.

Updates applied to match requirements for UOCAVA and Australia.
Update to dSig schema for latest W3C 2002/2008 specification.

See JIRA for change log details.

XML instance samples added for UOCAVA use case.  This draft is now feature
complete for UOCAVA support.

Samples from Virginia 2010 VIP XML rendered as EML 505, 110, 230,150 and
XSLT.  CAM validation templates used to verify content and rules.

Dictionary in Excel format added.

Re-build of templates to match schema.
