I apologize but I am in transit this morning and can't call in. I posted a new draft of the CAP feed doc, and I think we now have a final version that can be moved up for TC approval. The Cap element doc still has a couple of changes pending (based on feedback from Canadian CAP experts), and I should have a final version up soon.

I don't recall clearly that we approved the meeting notes from 1-8-2013, but a quick glance revealed that we discussed the CAP Feeds and CAP Elements documents that I recall discussing, so I suspect that we may approved them. If not, we should do that first thing.. I also suggest we download and be ready to discuss the latest version of the cap-feed-v1.0-wd11.doc uploaded by Tony on 2-14-2013.
