Dear Co-Proposers,

This is a reminder that you still need to JOIN the EM Adoption TC before
Friday, 24 April (7 days before the first meeting - 1 May 2009), in order
that you will be considered a Voting Member on our first call on 1 May.
Don't wait till the last day, as your company's OASIS Primary Rep has to
approve your Join request before your name can appear on the Roster.

To the Convener / Proposers of the Emergency Management Adoption TC:

The Call for Participation for the Emergency Management Adoption TC  
was issued today and can be seen at:
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/tc-announce/200904/msg00001.html

You can join the Technical Committee by going to the TC home page at:
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/emergency-adopt/ and  
click on the "join group" link just above the Group Notes box. This  
will trigger an email to your organization's primary representative  
who will need to authorize your participation.

The first meeting is scheduled for 1 May 2009; in order to be  
considered a Voting Member at the first meeting participants must  
appear on the roster no less than 7 days prior to the meeting (24  
April).
