New document posted on Kavi re: delivery of CAP(AU)P

Mr. Greg Trott added the following comment to the Map of Australian and OASIS process to deliver the CAP(AU)P standard.DOC document in the EM CAP Profiles SC Group.

I posted this new document in the Profiles SC area on Kavi yesterday but have not yet seen an email notification for it, therefore, I suspect that the info I included about the reasons for posting the document appears to be lost, so I will repeat the info in this comment.

This document is my initial attempt to align my current perceptions of the Australian and OASIS processes to deliver the CAP Australia Profile (acronym now being changed to CAP(AU)P in order to reflect the correct ISO3166 country code for Australia being AU).  

Each step that shows activity for both processes should be interpreted as parallel activity and also a dependency for follow-on steps that must be completed before moving on the next step.

I have included Australia's preferred approach to gaining the "endorsement" from OASIS, and can see that this strategy offers benefits to OASIS because it will then enable OASIS to induct the Canadian profile in parallel with the Australian profile and offer other countries and OASIS a less expensive approach to establishing future CAP country profiles.

I offer it to the SC as my "line in the sand" that can fuel the discussions we will continue with during our next telecon.
