Greg,

Just a couple of notes from my perspective:
1)  Suggest changing the title on the second column to only "OASIS Process" as we are not deviating from the normal TC process. 
2)  Suggest row 5 be changed to be the Approval of the Committee Specification Working Draft by the CAP Profiles SC. Tentative schedule goal should be 5/18.  
3)  Suggest row 6 be changed to be the Approval of the Committee Specification Draft by the EM-TC with a tentative schedule goal of 5/24.  During that same meeting it is common to also advance the work to the next level which would be Public Review Draft.  I would add another Approval for this to be obtained during that same meeting 5/24.  If all goes according to plan, OASIS staff should be able to get the word out and initiate the PR by the end of May.
4)  The TC vote that is taken re Row 13 is actually the same vote referred to in Row 14.  
5)  Row 15 - it is actually the vote for public review draft taken in row 6 that will invoke the IPR Policy.  From that point forward, the document in under process control and cannot be changed without tracking.  Any comments posted are to come in on the comment form for non-OASIS members or contributed directly by members.  All comments will be tracked and dispensed on an issues list.  

Everything else looks good to me.

I'd like to sort out a workable schedule for this process before the end of
this week (Fri May 13, 2011 - US time) so that I can contact my CAP
Stakeholders on Monday (AU time) to advise them of the revised CAP(AU)P
development schedule and document development intentions.

Does anyone have any comments to contribute to this process map?
