This time works for me, but I'm in the Pacific Time Zone.

I recently discovered that I need to monitor this work for on-going work in my sponsor, Net-Centric Operations Industry Consortium (NCOIC). I work to include EM TC standards for interoperability in operational patterns. One of the NCOIC clients whose needs I may need to be concerned about is NATO. My plan is to keep abreast of the work. After taking a year off from traveling, I may be doing a lot of it. That remains to be seen.
