Eliot Christian plans to attend Friday's meeting

Hi Everyone,

I corresponded with Eliot, who is in Paris visiting with his new 
grandchild, and he wrote that he is planning to attend Friday's meeting 
of the CAP SC, so if we could have good attendance, we might be able to 
resolve some issues.
