comments on EDXL HAVE 1.0 review draft

- Section 1.3, Normative references:
Please review and revise carefully this section; reference to
[XML 1.0] should list "T. Bray et al.", same as [namespaces].

- [dateTime] lists N.Freed, but it should list Biron and Malhotra.
Those are the only ones I've checked. You should re-check them
all.

- As to [dateTime], it might be better if the reference went to
http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2, followed by "section 3.2.7,
dateTime (http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/#dateTime)"

- [OASIS CIQ] is not a live link

I have not checked the non-normative references for lack of time;
they should be re-checked.

- 3.2 DATA DICTIONARY:

the link to the EDXL-HAVE schema is not a live link

- Regarding <TriageCodeListURN>, have you considered consulting
the work of the OASIS Code List Representation TC?

- why are some examples embedded within the element definition
(e.g. <have:Cardiology>) while others are outside examples (e.g.
example just before section 3.2.5). It would be better to have
consistency.

- The reference to the schema in section 4.2 is not a live link

- The formatting of the example in Appendix A could do with some
work; as is it is not quite readable.
