No, I think the not linking the schema files for EDXL-RM and EDXL-HAVE was my fault or the webmaster's fault. They exist and they're in the right place. You don't need to do anything. For EDXL-DE, however, a separate schema was never provided. Uploading one now would mean that it hadn't been subjected to the review process or vote and isn't allowed. The only way to add one at this point would be to do an errata. Note that the TC Process now requires all schemas, wsdls, dtds, etc. to be in provided in separate files.
