Sadly the schemas provided from your link and ZIP are broken and unusable.

I had to correct multiple location references and also the iReport extension type reference before they actually parsed as valid XSD schema.

Also - the examples XML contain the outer EDXL messaging enveloping - this is confusing.

You probably need to correct all that too.

The Emergency Data Exchange Language Situation Reporting (EDXL-SitRep) Version 1.0 public review 03 closed on February 13, 2016.  No comments were received.  Congratulations!

 

Many thanks to the EM-TC for the years of development and to those who have reviewed the document.  We will soon be looking for organizations to provide statements of use for SitRep.
