Agreements and Ratifications:
1. The committee reviewed its Charter and re-affirmed its targeted focus and deliverables schedule.
2. The committee agreed that a rigorously practical focus will be maintained throughout evolution of its work product. Focus will be placed on identification and recommendation of standards that create the greatest common platform for robust, persistent interoperability, regardless of responder segment, originating industry or organization.
3. The committee agreed that it will base its research, validations and subsequent recommendations on the elemental criteria established within HSPD-5.
Action Items:
1. Development of a elemental living matrix format for use going forward - RAC
2. Delivery at next meeting of one standard recommendation per focus segment for discussion and subsequent validation action. - ALL MEMBERS
3. DoD XML Registry membership for members to be investigated - RAC/Gary Ham
