Document Description: At today's meeting of the Infrastructure Subcommittee, the members received an update on Tactical Situation Objects and NCOIC from Rex, and then discussed working to define use cases and associated requirements to help define when Uniform Resource Names (URNs) are most appropriate (e.g. routing for larger infrastructures and push-based data in motion) and when Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) are most appropriate (e.g. metadata for disambiguating terms and polling/querying data at rest).
