Here is the latest draft of the DE 2.0 xsd utilizing the common components.
The updated DE 2.0 specification will be coming by Tue of next week for

This file is a zip file containing (a) the latest version of the draft DE
2.0 schema (de_2_ver08.xsd); (b) the accompanying defaults schema
(DE_DefaultValueLists_ver05.xsd); (c) an updated Quick Reference text file
(DE_2.0_QuickReference_ver_03.txt; (d) an updated DE 2.0 diagram
(DE_2_Diagram_ver3.ppt); (e) the latest version of the common components
(common types, EDXL CIQ profile, and EDXL GML SimpleFeatures profile) in
the EDXLCT_wd05 folder; (f) an example DE 2.0 XML file using the
EDXLDistribution wrapper (WP_Appendix_C_Example_DE_2.0_ver04); and (g) an
example DE 2.0 XML file using the Descriptor and Content elements
separately in an example SOAP wrapper
(WP_Appendix_C_Example_DE_2.0_SOAP_ver04.xml).
