Thanks Jeff,

I did a similar thing and came to a similar conclusion. FWIW I think 
that if the TC can get the CAP 2.0 process going, the energy generated 
by the discussion of layers can find a good outlet in that effort.

However, we will also keep the discussion going in the RIM SC, too.
