Subject: RE: [emergency-msg] ICS form req's draft
Ok, wait a minute. That changes things in terms of my understanding, which I admit could be wrong. Are you guys trying create an XML representation of ICS, or create a CAP representation of a given (or set of) ICS forms (aka example use of CAP like with the HS monitor)? If the latter, that seems like you are trying to make CAP into something much bigger than it is (replay in your mind the wonderful F2F debate yesterday). Not touching that one with a 10 foot pole in terms of assuming, so maybe if someone would send the "purpose" statement of what you are trying to accomplish with your ICS work, that would clarify things. I went back through the minutes and emails and didn't see anything that answered this question, but I might have missed it or maybe you guys discussed, but the context and content of the discussion was not captured.
