This is the first of an "Every 2 weeks" schedule that is tentative, depending on whether the overall TC finishes work on CAP Issues list.

Agenda:
1. Review thoughts about what is appropriate material for this group to explore for CAP 1.x in the area of notifications, with particular regard to eventing models for dynamic updates of a CAP message and/or ICS 200 series forms during on-going emergencies. We don't need to do more than brainstorm outloud about what might wise for including, or what questions we need to have answered by governmental authorities about going forward.

2. Discussion on RAINS in Oregon and whether we should seek collaboration with them (w/GIS SC at some level)

3. Thoughts on CAP registries and what that means (like implications moving forward in terms of developing tech notes for UDDI and ebXML and whether we need a sub-specification just for registries, a la ebXML's built-in methods for notifications about changes in a vendor's or provider's or responder's services or capacities.

4. Any other hot topic (for which I will try to have extracted some topics from the NIMS-90 document before the meeting. )
