Is there a Mtg Today?

Hi Folks,

I have to be honest, I haven't given the messages and notification 
subcommittee enough attention lately, so I haven't managed to field a 
new teleconference service for us. Since some of us may be in New 
Orleans it may be a moot point, in terms of quorum, regardless. 
However, I will phone in using the old number Allen was generous 
enough to supply for so long, though I doubt it will work for us. If 
it does, well and good. If not, we will have to take up the issue at 
next week's regularly scheduled TC meeting.

On another topic, I am still waiting for word on the newsletter, but 
it is scheduled for this week.

Lastly, one item will certainly appear on our next agenda, the 
implementer's guide. I have yet to receive any input, so as I gear 
back up for this subcommittee after I finish the abstract I will be 
submitting to feature CAP in a presentation at XML 2004, I will start 
beating the drum on that issue.
