Groups - EDXL-RM Information Model - Draft for Discussion (edxl-rm-model-discuss-01.pdf) uploaded

This is a discussion document that looks at a small subset of the 22 RM
messages - and proposes an information model style and description. We can
discuss this at the teleconf and see if this is an agreeable way forward to
develop the full and complete EDXL-RM information model.
