Subject: Groups - Meeting Notes 6/16/06 Msg & Notifications SC (Meeting Notes RM SC 6-15-2006.doc) uploaded
Two proposals to sub-committee members where put forth during the meeting. Request your review and response. 1- Attendees acknowledged that the sub-committee work for RM and HAVE has not made forward progress since the San Francisco face to face meetings due to lack of participation. This is an issue that needs to be resolved. ** It is proposed by those attending that a smaller tiger team review and finalize the matrix defining individual messages, and submit to the sub-committee with a deadline to identify any issues. If you would like to volunteer to participate, please send an email to Tim Grapes. 2- HAVE: While attempting to plug in the RM structure to HAVE as discussed in San Fran, Sukumar proposed that HAVE be constrained to address only Hospital Availability and Status, but not Hospital resources, and that RM handle the resource component of the HAVE requirement. This way, HAVE may move forward independently of RM, and RM will handle HAVE Hospital Resource requirements. This should have minimal impact on RM, since the draft standard is designed to accommodate and accessible resource typing structure (e.g. a Hospital resource typing structure may be added to the FEMA resource typing structure as an example). -- Tim Grapes The document named Meeting Notes 6/16/06 Msg & Notifications SC (Meeting Notes RM SC 6-15-2006.doc) has been submitted by Tim Grapes to the EM Messages and Notification SC document repository.
