Subject: RE: [emergency-msg] Minutes for Meeting 07-11-06

Hi Tim,

That's exactly what we did. As you work through your backlog, you
will get to the minutes for the meeting and see that we went through
the first two messages and discovered several things that we changed
and I think, provded that it doesn't take too long to get everyone
caught back up to where we were, that we will be able to make much
more progress this Thursday. Also Renato said he would have a whack
at a schema for the first and possibly both of the first two
messages, and if that checks out, too, then we will have a good basis
for getting the next draft ready by the time of next TC meeting, two
weeks from tomorrow. That will be the first time that we could bring
it to the TC for a vote, if we get that far. While that isn't quite
what our very aggressive schedule aimed for, we pretty much knew a
schedule THAT aggressive was a bit unlikely to succeed. However, we
will still be likely to have it ready mid-August. We might even be
able to get it to OASIS in time for a mid-August start of a 60-day
public comment review period. That's a bit dicey, but we should
certainly have it ready by start of September.

Cheers,
Rex
