Rex,

You're right. I meant ValueListType. I don't think that we should delete the elements that use the complex types from the structure, but I suggest either having a separate diagram that includes the complex type structures or separate packages within the diagram for them.

If you want to send me a copy of the .zargo file, I can turn on the multiplicity view for you and send it back.

Hi Patti, Everyone,

I have held back on resubmitting more recent
versions of the Element Reference Model because I
was waiting to be able to send out the
penultimate version, but I will send this one
out. However, I wanted to ask some questions as I
try to get it caught up with where we left off
today. Obviously, I can't deal with the
ĪnitialMessagID.

However, we already have the multiplicities
(cardinalities) in the document for the
class-level components for which we established
them at the face to face, I believe. I could be
wrong, but I don't think we need them for the
elements within the components (class boxes). If
so, then I don't know how to make them appear. I
can ensure that they are there within the
property description, but the tool doesn't
display them within the class box where the
elements appear.

On ValueListURNs, are you referring to the
elements which take these, such as
DeploymentStatus? I ask because we don't have
ValueListURNs cited on the main ERM diagram. I
ask because I don't think that is what you meant.
The only place where the term itself occurs,
other than in the xml message samples is in
Keyword, DeploymentStatus, and as itself in
ValueListType. I could delete Keyword and
DeploymentStatus from the diagram. Should I? I
don't think its wise, but I will go with the
majority opinion.

I will continue this list tomorrow morning when I
get back on this, but if you get me answers to
these questions, it will help as I get back into
gear on this. The writing will definitely not get
done until after this and will probably occur
over the weekend.

Cheers,
Rex
