   The toll is not the problem - we can afford the occasional phone call.
The problem is more that the US toll free numbers sometimes (usually?) get
blocked when ringing from outside the US.

Unfortunately, we do not have an international number – some of our members
also use the below number (in fact, we use a toll number provided by a free
conference facility). The toll free number is provided, as a courtesy, by
the Disaster Management program. I have sent a note to our chair and will
get back to you if we are able to provide an international toll free number.
