Slight Change in Meeting Names

Hi Folks,

After conferring with Tim. I made a change to the name of our 
meetings for both of the alternating timeslots we use: from 11:00 am 
to 12:00 pm (noon) EST for Tuesdays that have no TC meeting and from 
1:00 pm to 2:00 pm for Tuesdays that do.

Both are named "EM-Msg SC (weekly EDXL-SitRep) Mtg" to clearly 
indicate that the SitRep is our current major workproduct.

As always, some meetings will address other concerns.

This was done in the interest of being consistent and making it easy 
for all of us to identify our meetings among the wealth of meetings 
we currently conduct.
