Important Agenda Items for Meeting Tuesday

Hi Everyone,

This coming Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009, we have a regularly scheduled EM Msg 
SC meeting. We need to dispose of the Recommendation of CAPv1.2 to the 
EM TC at the start of this meeting. For this, it would be much better 
for us to have a quorate minuted meeting, so please attend even if  you 
are not planning to stay on for the ongoing EDXL-SitRep work. Jacob 
Westfall will be providing the updated specification following today's 
meeting to address the issues we received in the second Public Review, a 
15-Day PR. We provided dispositions for all issues at today's special 
meeting, so, provided we have a quorum for our vote next Tuesday, we 
should be able to advance CAPv1.2 to the full EM TC for approval as a 
Committee Draft at the next TC meeting Dec. 22, 2009. That would provide 
a satisfying punctuation mark to this year's work and set the stage for 
next year.
