Groups - SitRep Status meeting added

All,
This is a 1/2 hour call just before the TC meeting to check status and
outstanding actions for SitReps.  This is to position the CD for TC
distribution ASAP following finalization of the common components (CIQ,
gmlSF and Common Types).
I'm out Monday, so I'm hoping we can zip through in a 1/2 hour to nail
final steps.
