Thanks Werner, Hi Brian,

Your vote makes it nearly unanimous, only because William Bowen is on 
vacation. However, we can proceed to getting it out to the TC tomorrow.

Brian, can you send me (or post on Kavi) an updated set of schemas that 
I can include in the zip I am putting together for the TC meeting 
tomorrow? I don't recall if there are changes that affect the examples, 
but if so, I will need that, too.
