Hi Werner,

Good catch. I should have mentioned that the problem is that I am 
seriously overscheduled for Thursdays on non-TC weeks.

The EM Msg SC CAP Profiles SC Issues Resolution meeting is scheduled 
11;:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. EDT every week for 5 weeks starting tomorrow.

The EM Msg SC CAP v1.2 Issues Resolution is scheduled 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 
p.m. EDT. every other week starting tomorrow until it's done.   I space 
those out to give me a breather in between.

To schedule the EM RIM SC meeting for the non-TC weeks, we would have to 
schedule it for 12:00p.m. -1:00 p.m. between EM CAP Profiles SC and the 
EM Msg SC CAP v1.2 Issues Resolution meetings. Superficially that might 
sound doable, but...

I have a regularly scheduled NCOIC meeting Thursdays 10;00 a.m. - 11:00 
a.m. weekly.

So if we keep the current schedule that would mean I would have four 
meetings back to back on non-TC week Thursdays. I can't do that without 
degrading my performance to the point that it wouldn't really be worth 
it for me to try to attend all of these meetings. I can just barely make 
it through 3 meetings in a single day, if they are not back to back.

So, you were not missing anything. I just didn't thoroughly explain myself.
