Agenda: 1/13 Call

We just have 2 outstanding issues with CAP that need to be discussed/voted on.

1. Issue 19: Carl has forwarded some language regarding this issue. http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/emergency/200401/msg00007.html

2. Issue 22: I forwarded two of the schema changes (http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/emergency/200401/msg00003.html) for the group to think about this week and make a determination on.

Due to a death in the family, I will not be able to make the call today, but have asked Rick to Chair in my absense. I apologize for the inconvience, and will circle around with Rick later this week in regards to the minutes and updating the spreadsheet.
