This really is what the each OASIS TC document repository is for, and 
eventually, what the OASIS Standards Registry will be even more 
helpful for, since, presumably there will be no chance for anyone to 
accidentally reference an older version, though that is what the 
OASIS document naming convention is supposed to address. That said, I 
prefer using a direct URL for the specification itself.
