What Art says is true.  As the chair of the EM-TC, I am included on the 
monthly agenda of the EIC for a report on the work we are doing.  During 
that meeting, the DHS/DM folks present information that I relay to the 
EM-TC when there is something of interest.  For example, the work they are 
doing now in developing the "resource draft."  Many companies represented 
in the TC also belong to the EIC and belong to the working groups on the 
draft and the demonstrations they do to vet the draft.  On another note, 
the EIC is working to publicize the work of the standards process from all 
angles.  Julia and I have been included in conference calls with the EIC on 
this as well.  Elysa
