Carl, During the meeting Tuesday, we discussed keeping the CAP XML namespace manditory and changing it to a URN. This should make CAP version necessarily identifiable. I can live with this, and no one else on the call had objections to this approach. Carl/Patti - the CAP XML Namespace (which is mandatory) will always tell you what version of CAP you are parsing. Isn't this the same thing? (or am I missing something?) Cheers...
