Subject: RE: [emergency] CAP 1.1 Issue # 11

Carl,

During the meeting Tuesday, we discussed keeping the CAP XML namespace
manditory and changing it to a URN. This should make CAP version necessarily
identifiable. I can live with this, and no one else on the call had
objections to this approach.

Carl/Patti - the CAP XML Namespace (which is mandatory) will always
tell you what
version of CAP you are parsing. Isn't this the same thing? (or am I
missing something?)
