We had some discussions with them about 2-3 years ago and they didn't
seem to care... 'happy to license the feeds and you can generate CAP
files from that' etc.

I recall that the easier solution was to just convert the emwin warnings
to CAP messages (since they repackage that in part). Making their data
work over a wireless / broadcast connectionless network was just too
much trouble to undertake -- its another one of those weather feed
services that assumes that if there is a disaster the landlines and
internet connectivity will still work just fine (rolls eyes).
