I've played with the school example and put in three contentObjects,
one of each type.  The added <derefUri> sensor example is not from any
'real' system.  It is just a dummied up example.  The file is
enclosed.

I too, noticed that the tools let the <keyXMLContent> through
validation but not the <namespacedXmlContent>.  Best of luck,
uncovering the Schema issue.

As to the location element, can't it be put in a <messageKeyword>
list, value pair?

As to the multiple <value>, I agree this would be a help; otherwise,
an artificial collection construct or multiple list, value pairs must
be used.
