At the last EM-TC meeting, we agreed to submit CAP 1.1 and EDXL-DE 1.0 to
the EmergingTechnology.gov website. The document referenced below contains
the fields required for submission, as well as some suggested text.

Document Description:
The TC has agreed that EDXL-DE 1.0 and CAP 1.1 should be submitted to the
EmergencyTechnology.gov U.S. federal website. Listing at this site
increases visibility of the standard and may improve the chances of
adoption as part of the Federal Enterprise Architecture. This document
contains proposed text for the submission form on the ET.gov website.
