Request for time on EDXL_RM in tomorrow's TC meeting

Hi All,

My action item from last Thursday's EDXL_RM session in the EM-Msg 
telecon is to ask for a  special TC meeting to finish up last minute 
detail checks and then to bring the full EDXL_RM spec to the TC for 
review, leading to a vote in the regular TC meeting next week to 
advance it for 60-day Review. I expect we can spend a moment, but 
only a moment on this at the end of today's EDXL_HAVE Issues meeting.
