Friends,

I would like to move the EM-TC regular meeting scheduled for Oct 30 
to the same time (12:00 EDT) on Thursday, Nov 1.  I am again on 
travel and cannot conduct the call on Tuesday.  Please let me know if 
this poses a problem.
