No EM-Msg SC Meeting till after next TC Meeting

Hi Everyone,

Following Elysa's message, I thought I would let you know that I 
don't have any plans to call for or schedule an EM-Msg SC telecon, 
unless someone has a pressing need, since we need the decision from 
the full TC on how we are going to proceed with CAP work.

However, I will send separate messages about an EDXL-RIM SC telecon 
and to ask if anyone wants to meet informally to discuss EAS-CAP to 
get a leg up on that effort.
