Minor Edit fo "Welcome to the RIM" White Paper

Hi Everyone, Elysa,

Jeff Waters did an Edit to the "Welcome to the RIM" White Paper, which 
the RIM SC liked very much and voted to advance back to the EM TC for 
consideration for advancing onward. It is located at

We believe this is worth adding to the EM TC Agenda for next Tusday's 
meeting.
