FYI to TC Members

The following Work Product Registration submission request was
delivered to TC Admin, and should have generated a notification
from the JIRA TCADMIN project.  Something is broken in the
forms processing, so I am forwarding this notification
manually.  A provisional starter document for 'EDXL RIM - Common Types'
has been prepared and delivered to the TC list.
