FYI: GML Version 3.3 - some new constructs of relevance

Dear TC -

Earlier this summer, the OGC issued a call for comments for GML 3.3:

GML 3.3 will be 100% backwards compatible with 3.2. Please take a look at
the new compact encodings, especially for simple polygon and simple
circle. These new GML elements address the issue of verbosity. At the
bottom of the request page are links to the candidate standard and the
revision notes.
